Fix the variant and the market first
A product page, its metadata and the structured data in the page source can all describe the same product. The comparison only means something once you have decided which variant and which market you are looking at.
A different price for a different size is not an error. Currency and availability belong to the same context, so record them together with the price.
Capture what is visible and what is in the source
Write down the product name, the selected variant and the information the loaded page shows. Then capture the matching metadata and any product data in the source.
Note when choosing a different option changes the variant. That keeps every representation tied to the state you actually observed.
Do not assume the cause of a mismatch
When two outputs disagree, the difference itself is the finding. A template, an additional app block or outdated data are possible explanations, not confirmed ones.
Check the actual source before you change several outputs at once, and do not read business or product properties out of technical placeholders.
Read every affected output again
For acceptance, repeat the original comparison: same URL, same variant, same market. Look at the visible page and at the technical outputs you changed.
Record anything you could not check. A corrected representation on your side does not establish which information Google will later use or how it will be assessed.
